Respect and dignity
Treat all members of your care network with respect. CareBridger is a coordination tool used by families, friends, and communities. Every interaction should reflect care and consideration for the people involved.
Accurate information
Provide accurate information when creating care profiles, tasks, and reminders. Misleading or false information can compromise the quality of care and put vulnerable people at risk.
Privacy and confidentiality
Respect the privacy of care receivers and other members of your network. Do not share personal, medical, or sensitive information outside the platform without consent. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
Appropriate use
Use CareBridger only for its intended purpose: coordinating care. Do not use the platform to harass, intimidate, or exploit anyone. Do not upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
Safety responsibilities
CareBridger does not verify or screen caregivers. You are responsible for ensuring that the people you invite to your care network are suitable for the responsibilities you assign. For more details, see our Responsible Use page.
Reporting concerns
If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to safety@carebridger.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
Enforcement
Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent removal from the platform. CareBridger reserves the right to take action at its discretion to protect the safety and wellbeing of its users.
