Responsible Use

CareBridger is designed to help families and care networks coordinate everyday care. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines.

Only invite people you trust

CareBridger does not verify or screen caregivers. You are responsible for ensuring the people you invite to your care network are trustworthy and suitable for the responsibilities you assign.

Protect sensitive information

Be mindful about the personal and health-related information you share. Only include details that are necessary for care coordination. Do not share login credentials with others.

Verify task completion independently

CareBridger helps track tasks and reminders, but task completion is self-reported. For critical care activities, verify completion through direct communication.

Do not use CareBridger for emergencies

CareBridger is a coordination tool, not an emergency service. For medical emergencies, contact your local emergency number immediately.

Platform boundaries
